Call for Nominations – U25 President’s Target Rifle Team

Brisbane 17 – 19 August 2026

The NRAA invites nominations from interested Under 25 Target Rifle shooters to be part of a President’s Team competing in the National Target Rifle Teams Matches – U25 Division. The National TR matches are to be held in Brisbane from 17 – 19 August 2026. Currently two State Associations have nominated an U25 team, and a third team is required for this competition to meet National Teams criteria.

The NRAA strongly encourages U25 Target Rifle Shooters to nominate. Participation in team matches is the pathway to future Australian U25 representation and is vital to the ongoing success and growth of the sport.

Team Composition

•           1 x Captain / Coach (may be over 25)

•           5 x Shooters (must be U25)

•           1 x Reserve Shooter (must be U25)

A Captain/Manager will be appointed by the NRAA President from any Association.

Eligibility & Recognition

•           Nominees must be U25 as of 19 August 2026.

•           President’s Teams are eligible for all trophies and awards.

•           Team members are entitled to wear the NRAA blue tie and name badge, supplied by the NRAA.
