The Member’s Toolbox is a series of articles written by past member of the Board of the NRAA, George Wittorff, who was given the tast of addressing membership issues facing our sport at a national level. The articles have particular focus on reviewing the membership issues facing the movement at a national level, and developing and investigating strategies that State Associations and local clubs could gainfully use in a concerted effort to attract and retain members.
